Ran out of time on NCLEX at 147

Hi all,

Wanted to know if there is anyone else who ran out of time on NCLEX and passed but totally second guessed themselves. 

How soon did you know? I tried the WABON trick but it says pending under license.  Any lead is appreciated.  I'm losing my mind right now.
