Race against time

Just tried to contact professional credentialing service to pay my $80, found out that i have to test on or before june 18th and if i dont i have to spend $230 and go thru the whole process of reapplying to take my boards which could result in not getting my testing date for a few months from now. I decided to pay my fee, now im scrambling around to be ready for the test. I have failed twice already, can anyone give me any pointers please. Thank you all so much.
