I was just wondering if anyone could tell me, my last employer had mentioned a documentation error, called it 'fraud,' but it was not written up formally by them (and I also opened a retaliation case right around this time) and they never stated they reported me to the IBON, but I've never been through anything like this before so don't know what to expect. They aren't required to tell me if they reported me to the board, are they? And how long does it take to even find out from the board if they did? I'd appreciate any advice at all, this has been such a miserable and terrifying experience. Thank you in advance.
