Question about TWU nursing program admission process?

I was wondering does anyone knows what it means when TWU college of nursing says you haven't made the first cut but don' t get worried yet because there is a second cut on March 25. The reason I'm asking is because I am a nursing major who has completed all my prerequsites at TWU and with the .4 GPA boost for doing this my nursing application GPA was 4.107, I scored a 80 on the HESI-A2 test and thought that I would get in with no problems but now I am worried because they have told me if I didn't receive an email or letter then I didn't make the first cut. Can anyone give me any insight on this please?
