Providence TIP program August 2025

Is anyone applying for the Providence TIP program in May?  Has anyone applied before and know what the interview questions are like?  I've been a nurse for 10 years but only worked in outpatient as a OR/preop/pacu nurse and I want to switch to inpatient. Unfortunately, every single hospital told me I don't have experience ??‍♀️ so I have to apply to this program. Which is fine because outpatient is so different and there is so much I don't know about the hospital and it's been 10 years since my clinicals so I don't remember much.  I'm just nervous. Has anyone applied before. Any advice?

Im applying as well! But it's my first time applying. I wonder if when or if we'll hear back about interviews
