I saw my acceptance last night, congrats to the others who are in! About the Verifying process, I would send transcripts directly to UM, I remember verifying took almost a month through NursingCAS

For those waiting to hear back, I have no idea how they send them out. I called them a while after it said "decision mailed" since i never got mine. Turns out they forgot to add my house number to the mailing address.

Hi Kate456, Well I ran into someone from the Boston area, they said they didn't apply to Simmons due to the negative opinions prior students gave her of the program and another mishap i cant remember at the moment. In particular, they said they felt like a number and the school cared more about money then them. Granted this is only one persons experience, but I googled reviews online and some student sites have said the same issue (not sure if they mean the online FNP or direct entry). However, I've also talked to a few other students who said they love Simmons and everything about the program and have no regrets attending. Collectively, AllNurses seems to have the opinion it is a great place. Since Im not on the east coast, or know of students who went to Simmons, its hard to tell if the few negative opinions I've heard of are something to be worried about.

Hi all, I also got in for fall. Im not from the east coast so don't know how highly the program is considered. Ive spoke to a few students and received some mixed reviews. I was wondering if any of you have heard from current or past students of the program and their opinions.

Hello! I also just found out I was accepted to the Orange County campus for Spring 2017! Congrats to you as well :) We should certainly get a Facebook group, cant wait to meet the others in the cohort as well
