  1. Yeah I'm not sure about that email but I will prefer to wait until I know if I been accpeted. But yes after this semester which is May 1st. Also what is the program schedule like?
  2. No not yet still waiting on acceptance. Yesterday the nursing advisor sent out an email telling us to register for classes as a back up plan just in case of not being accepted this year. Because I did not register for summer classes because I was waiting on my letter, so I was confused.
  3. Hey @ReRob1985, I have a question. Did you register for classes not pertaining to Practical Nursing as a back up plan just in case you were not accepted into the program that year?
  4. I really thank you so much to take the time out to respond. I have been looking for answers for a while now, but I will definitely come to you again if I have any more questions during the waiting period. Thanks again!
  5. @ReRob1985 Oh wow your TEAS Score is GREAT! That makes me really nervous about my score. We recently picked up our packets and on my packet stated "Good" I'm not exactly sure what it was referring to but we turned in our packets to admissions and waiting on acceptance letters. I hope my Compass score and GPA can out weigh my TEAS score. What was your class TEAS score range?
  6. Bump Anyone applied to Columbus Tech LPN Program starting in May 2017?
  7. Bump Hey ReRob1985, if you don't mind me asking what was your TEAS Score when you were accepted? & Did the year of your class have an interview before being accepted into the program?
  8. Glad I could help, best of luck in the nursing journey.
  9. Yes I'm hoping to be considered but I'm retaking a class this Spring, the first day to submit your application is February 15, 2017 and the last day is March 1, 2017. Did you already take your TEAS Exam?
  10. Hey Abrewster0924, I have been patiently waiting for a reply on this post and anxious for the spring semester. But if your relocating here in Columbus, Columbus Tech has the best nursing program which is very competitive. Yes the LPN program starts each summer and I believe you can work part-time but not after 11pm, Yes you can still take pre-reqs during the spring semester and once your grades are submitted they will be updated with your application and you will still be considered for the program.
  11. Thanks a lot for replying that sounds like a great plan, also I recently just took the TEAS and made a 51 but have a 3.5 gpa and high compass score. What was a passing score to be accepted for the teas test or should I retake it?
  12. Hey ReRob1985, I'm new to this website and added a topic on here but I haven't received any feedback. But came across this post and was wondering did you have any advice toward Columbus Tech Lpn program? Thanks!
  13. Hi everyone! This is my first topic here on All Nurses but I have been trying to find a website that can bring more insight to a school and program I'm interested in here in Columbus, GA at Columbus Tech which is the LPN Program that starts next June 2017. I'm hoping there are others out there who are hoping to apply for the program or have already completed the LPN program at this school and see if we can help each other get some insight to see if were on the right track of being accepted. Thanks in advance!
