  1. Some interview invites went out at the end of September, and the first-round interview date for some people is 10/17. I think in the webinar they said they would go out in waves as people accept and rescind or until they fill their spots, but I don't remember for sure.
  2. My original application was split into 2 for my first and second choice and then there's a third application that says "[Unit Name] - NRP." They said on their webinars that they will be processing applications through 10/7 and will begin reaching out via phone/email/text to schedule interviews on the week of 10/10. They said sometimes their calls to schedule interviews or fix mistakes on applications go to spam so they suggested turning off spam block. Their first match week will be 10/17 through 10/21.
  3. I was able to get a rejection email from ACHD but I stayed in touch with the managers on my interview and the recruiter when I didn't hear back by the deadline they provided - I was really persistent with communication.
  4. Awe man, I interviewed for Adult Congenital Heart and did not hear anything back. I guess I took myself out of the running because I was honest with preferring days. Oh whale.
  5. At least for Houston, we were provided an order form to fill out at orientation. The uniforms must all be the same color and have custom TWU embroidery on them, so you are unable to get your own scrubs/just any pair.
  6. Gotcha! Yeah, definitely think whoever has a good score for Houston that didn't get an email should reach out to advising.
  7. No, they will likely not go out until the first group has a chance to respond by their given deadline, April 9th.
  8. They do mass admit, although some students have been told it goes out in waves. While this is true because some of the first round of acceptances will release their spot for whatever reason, they don't do waves for their initial acceptees. If anyone reading this had a score above a 44 for Houston or 54 for Dallas, I highly encourage them to reach out to the TWU advisors for Denton or Dallas. The Houston location has a new employee that may have made several errors.
  9. Hi! Sorry if I'm a late reply here, but the usual cutoff for Houston's traditional program is a 44. A few points beneath that is either waitlist or denial. AllNurses won't let it be posted because it's similar to "doxxing" even with good intent. Try looking around the TWU website, I know it's there for sure. Keep in mind that the usual cutoffs are 54 for Dallas traditional and 44 for Houston traditional before reaching out.
  10. I am not sure, but I do know Nights and Weekends acceptances have gone out, and the emails go out all at once, not one-by-one. I don't know their typical cutoff score because the program is so different.
  11. It depends on your admissions score if you applied for Dallas. The usual admission score cutoff to be admitted without waitlisted status is 54. If your admissions score is lower than that, you were likely waitlisted or denied. Houston letters have not gone out yet, but Dallas did this afternoon.
  12. Just Dallas went out today for some reason. There must be a hold-up on Houston's side - the last "okay" comes from our Program Director, so the advisors don't know when letters will go exactly. It's out of their hands at this point. Hopefully soon! We're looking forward to welcoming new Houston J1s!
  13. Be sure to check spam if you do not see your letter! Sometimes the acceptance email goes to spam because it comes from a "do not reply."
  14. Dallas Traditional and Nights/Weekends Acceptances have gone out - someone shared their email with me, so I know it's real! CONGRATS TO ALL from TWU Houston!
