  1. Applying for first RN lisence and taking NCLEX from out of state

    Hello! I am graduating this April, I have been hired in Wisconsin, and am set to start late September. I am a little confused at the process for getting an RN licence coming from out of state and I know that allnurses is extremely helpful for things like this :) I'm little confused in general but heres some questions I have: -I was told by my school counselors that they will need to fill out a form stating the curriculum but this is not mentioned for certain on start of form #3087 -Do I need to pay a fee to Pearson VUE for the test AND a fee to the Wisconsin Board of Nursing? -I should be okay starting late September as an RN if I graduate at the end of April right? :) -Any other pointers?
