  1. Hi Everyone! I am an NP working on a new project where I am trying to develop community programs to improve healthcare outcomes. It is way outside of what my company does but I am really excited because they are sponsoring community outreach and all kinds of new projects to help people get a better handle on their health. I am thinking about maybe making an app that people can use on their phones or tablets. Here is the question: What should it do? What do you think an app could address that would make a patient's life easier or maybe get them better understanding/managing their health? I would love to hear your input! Thanks so much for your help! I am hoping giving people a free tool to manage their health will lead to better outcomes overall!
