  1. Nursing diagnosis help

    I am working on my care plan for a patient and need to come up with one nursing diagnosis and then interventions and goals for that diagnosis. I'm struggling with exactly what to use as a diagnosis. The pt. was obese which I was thinking to use but how can I come up with at least 3 goals for that? Pt. has a boatload of health problems and is confined to a wheelchair so what would be some reasonable goals?
