  1. @kkgill Awesome, that's great! Thank you for the info.
  2. @aclopez Did you finish the program? If so, how was it? Were you able to find a RN-BSN program to continue your education that wasn't through Bryant and Stratton?
  3. @kkgill How has your experience been so far, did you continue with Bryant and Stratton?
  4. Apollo617- You said you work full-time, does that mean you are in the hybrid track? If so, could you give me an idea of what your class schedule looked like for the first semester? Thanks.
  5. Yeah I didn't register for 195 either. I figure I'm gonna have my hands full with the other two classes and the routines I do on a daily basis. I have started reading in Giddens. I was glad they gave us a chance to get a head start! I'm gonna go to the library tomorrow to finish my reading. I'm not sure who is gonna be who. But I look forward to meeting you all.
  6. Yeah its only $200 difference. But every penny counts. Plus there's no point in hard backs when you don't go class. I bought notebooks for note taking.
  7. Yeah, I feel your pain. I went to the book store as well today. But one thing I noticed, they were passing out the books and the codes. I asked for just the codes which made it a little cheaper. But I'm hybrid, so that was all I needed.
  8. Yeah that's what I was thinking about, school starting right after the holidays. But oh well just have to suck it up if it doesn't drop any. As far as the stethoscope, I went ahead and ordered me one off of Amazon. I used it when I got it and it works well.
  9. Hey NurseNae09, I'm almost finished as well. I didn't buy any special nursing shoes. I bought some plain white nikes to wear with my uniform. Has anyone looked into the price of the ebooks? I'm hoping it drops a little.
  10. Almost! I just need to get my physical done, and all my ducks will be in a row. It's getting closer and closer! :)
  11. Yay!! Finally... I have been checking my email all week. I can't wait to get started.
  12. Lol. I know I keep checking my email waiting for something new. They will most likely send it out next Monday. Since their giving everyone until this Friday to reply with thier decisions.
  13. Ok. Yeah I wasnt sure if it was strictly an iPad. But we only have a week and a half until orientation. So I will see you there!
  14. Do you know if we are required to have an iPad or just a tablet in general?
  15. Thank you NurseNae09! I can't wait until orientation. Im ready to start getting supplies. ?
