My PD is April 2009. I still havent heard from NVC. However, a lawyer from hammond emailed me saying that the NVC was trying to contact me but they couldn't send a msg to my email add. After that I havent received any msgs from them.

Yes! Just a week ago. They offered a 2500 dollars loan just in case you need it for trainings and exams. You have to pay them back once youre already in the US.

After the initial retrogression, we expected this to occur as the Department of State continues to re-adjust available visa numbers for the Philippines. We are actively pursuing information as it becomes available as to the duration and reasoning behind this retrogression. Our current sources expect that the Philippines EB-3 number will remain unavailable until the end of the fiscal year. With the start of the next fiscal year (FY2016) in October 2015, we expect the DOS should progress the Philippine EB-3 date. We expect the DOS will then steadily increase the date throughout FY2016. Yep! Im still here in the phils due to retro. My friend was hired by carousel but he doesnt have a PD yet. They prioritize those who have PD. Regarding the salary offer, i think their offer is the same but the duration of contract I have no idea.

Hi! Yes im still with medpro. Im done with visa screen and my I-140 was filed months ago but due to recession my case is not current anymore. I received an email from them just last week. They told me to wait until october (new fiscal year) the PD might move again but they are not sure yet . So far im ok with medpro they call me once in a while to update. Currently, wer working on transferring my nclex (cali) to texas. They will assist you in everything so you dont need to worry. If you have PD Medpro will pay from your visa screen. Hi. My I-140 has been approved after waiting for more than 6 months. Now my agency wanted to endorse me to another state. However, i dont have an ss# yet because I took the cali board exam. They ask me to fill an application for endorsement in Texas. I will apply on paper aplication because I dnt have an ss# yet. regarding the fingerprint scan is it the same with the cali board exam? where can i have my fingerprint scanned? NBI? And also about thr application on section 3 (nurse compact declaration) i have no idea what to choose obviously not the first 2 options. If you have an idea about this please help me. Thank u!

Cgfns got my Nclex result already and they updated my status. They also received the TOR from my school unfortunately they didnt accept it because it was incomplete..they are asking for specific clinical practice hours í ½í¸

Hello! I received a msg from a lawyer (who process my greencard) a month ago. She said that she already filed my I-140 and it will take atleast 12-18 weeks. Does it means that my case is already recaptured? I have no idea about this

Medpro sent the request to CaBON. They asked me to wait until the application is waived. Im just confuse coz CGFNS sent me an inactivity notice stating that they are still waiting for the prc and TOR validation for them to start the process but in my order status the nclex result is still on "waiting to be received" so I dont if they received it or not.

We are still waiting on the following documents from the appropriate authorities to complete the process by August 7, 2015: LICENSE VALIDATION FORM for PHILIPPINES TRANSCRIPT VALIDATION FORM (from the school) I checked my status order after I received their email but they havent updated my record yet until I checked last night. Prc and Ielts result-received but the TOR validation and Nclex result are still on pending.

That's what ive heard too. Bcoz our file was destroyed we have to pass another application and pay the fee again but we will not retake the exam :) what do you mean by vaccination records? I got vaccinated from different clinics so it means I have to get it from them?
