  1. Yes I did. OP
  2. Got my letter today sent June 8
  3. Just called the Nursing Dept in OP and she said they would be mailed next week. Generally 2 weeks after the deadline. Hope the person you spoke with is right. I like that response much better.
  4. What is the rounding method your talking about? Is it better to hand deliver the application or go to campus?
  5. Is anyone applying? What were the stats on those who were accepted for Spring2016?
  6. Did you get your letter yet?
  7. Did you get your letter yet?
  8. Got my letter, didn't get in. Who did you talk to in the Nursing Dept? I've just been dealing with a Workforce adviser in St. Aug who isn't much help.
  9. No letter yet. I wouldn't stress too much if I were you, with your numbers, it's in the bag :)
  10. Sounds like you have nothing to worry about! I'm not really eligible for admission until the Fall '16 term because my A&P classes were too old. I took 1 over the summer and taking 2 now. Threw the application in the mail anyway since I got an A in A&P 2 the first time and have everything else done, figured my GPA won't go up any so why not. Let me know when you get your big white envelope so I can be expecting my little white one :) Heard they mail the denials after the acceptance letters but I've heard many things that I haven't been able to confirm.
  11. wrong board oops
  12. Where did you get that information? My workforce advisor told me you have to have all the numbers in a category to be there although I have asked her quite a few questions she couldn't answer or gave me the wrong info. Do you have any idea how many apply and avg how many are accepted in each category?
  13. Has anyone else applied for January? What's the average GPA? I'm in Category 2 because of my GPA, 3.2 but have a 3.6 in my A&P classes and got an 89.3 in English and 94 in Math for the HESI.
  14. Do you know if there is county preference?
  15. What was your GPA? I'm in Duval, do Clay and Putnam still get extra points? What significance does the HESI have on your chances of getting in other than category placement. It's been long than seven years since I took A&P so they are making me take them over again, pending A's in those, my pre-req GPA should be 3.33. Also, how many seats are available and does the nursing program shut down for the summer. Thanks, I plan on applying for the Fall 2016 term.
  16. Chelsea, its due today with the packet and we do sign for the handbook it should be in your fscj email. Are you on our facebook page? We have one for C/O Dec 2015, most of us are only using that now.
  17. Jul 31 by bautmj Has anyone received the student handbook in their emails for the scavenger hunt? I've turned in everything to FSCJ already, my background check info and all the medical info... My scavenger hunt is completed already... I just haven't received that student handbook yet so I can't turn it in. I don't know if you already got a response for this but the packets were sent to our FSCJ email 8/4
  18. I have a really good study guide for the Hesi I got off of Amazon. Let me know if anyone wants it, I didn't use it a lot but it helpful when studying for my NAT also. I also have a study guide from Arco I used, it was pretty old when I got it but has a bunch of practice tests in it, I don't think I marked it up too much.
  19. Does FSCJ have your transcripts already? Email Ms. James and she can pull up your file and let you know.
  20. If you haven't received letters yet I would suggest checking your FSCJ Connections email. Ms. James send many of us a Skills Kit order form through it since it wasn't in our packets. Keep your chin up You Got This!!!!!
  21. Do we have to get a Taber dictionary? My mom took a medical terminology course and has Mosby's medical, nursing, and allied health dictonary.
  22. I will you can add me
  23. Ha I was doing the same thing! Sending request now
