I emailed them and they said we could register, but I tried and it wouldn't let me.

They're different for all the nursing programs, i know for the RN which is the one I'm doing they moved it back to April 16. It was originally May but they're moving everything up! Are you doing LVN or RN? I looked at the website right now and I think Vocational nursing deadline is May 1st. The other dates 4/7 and 4/16 are for the RN- the deadline was originally 4/6 but they bumped it up to 4/16.

for the immunization do they want a copy of immunization card? because i was online reading the checklist and it says they won't accept the immunization card, so what exactly to they want? Also do we need to take a physical?

I'm in the process of getting my application ready at San Jacinto College (Houston, Tx) I have most of the things ready i just need to take my Hesi, which will be this friday! I only had 3 1/2 wks to study but I mainly focused on A&P and Bio the rest should be easy for me, but i'm still a little scared. However, i have some questions that i'm still a little uncertain about 1. For the immunization i know they want copies but they said no immunization cards? so what exactly do they want? For those who are already in or submitted the application what copies did you turn in? When i went to my Dr. he just made a copy of my Immunization card. 2.Do you have to take a physical or is that till you're in the program already? I went ahead and took one just in case but my Dr. did not give me any copies of it so just want to make sure if we do or don't need a physical so i can go ahead and go and ask him. Thanks for any info!
