  1. You definitely do not need to have all of the prerequisites completed before applying. I applied and was accepted and I was missing three class which I am taking now. My GPA was similar to the others who have posted. 3.8 in undergrad and 4.0 in prerequisites. I also had over 4,000 hours of experience because I work in a hospital full time. Try to get a job in some kind of healthcare before applying and really focus on the prerequisites. Good luck! Cannot wait to start in June!
  2. mlauren1 I was thinking the same thing! Also is it a guarantee that UW will accept us? On the acceptance letter it states you MUST be accepted to UW but on the UW website it says that the Post Bac is really competative so I was a little concerned because I'm planning on moving from NJ
  3. Thank you so much for the information and advice macrina and smrahain! I appreciate it!
  4. Hello! I was also accepted into the program and I'm so excited to start! Can anyone who is already in the program maybe explain how the clinicals will work? Basically how much time and how many days will be spent in clinical? Also anyone from the area know how bad the traffic is on I 5 north? I am moving to the Fort Lewis area and I was wondering how the commute is going to be. Thank you! Can't wait to meet the other 46!
  5. Hello! So I have not seen any posts about the ABSN program at UW for summer 2014 so I figured I would start one! This is my number one nursing school that I would like to be attend and I was wondering who else applied to this program !
