  1. I just graduated in dec. I would take it now so you can focus on it. The pathophysiology at Cal state is ok. Not enough time to cover everything. Start now, it definitely won't hurt, it will actually help lol.
  2. If you ordered yours by the deadline don't worry. You did what you were supposed to do. We have so many other things to worry about lol
  3. I called yesterday and they too me they were trying to have them out by the clinical date.
  4. Do you guys know when orientation is? I haven't received an email yet
  5. From nurses that I know. I hear students are well prepared for bedside. They have one of the highest nclex pass rates. Better than ucla, uc irvine, csun, san Diego state...and the list goes on. As far as undergrad programs. Csula, Csulb, sac state, csu channel islands, are sitting at the top. Nclex and hearsay are the only ways to really rate these bsn programs.
  6. They have a great reputation for a reason I think.
  7. That's what I did. I wonder why they don't tell you to do this when you receive your acceptance letter? It would be a shame if someone is disqualified because thy weren't informed.
  8. Congratulations to everyone that got in! Cant wait to meet you all. :-)
  9. Its been a long time coming. Im on my way!
  10. Mee too! So stoked
  11. I'm tired of the process, and thank god for news on FRIDAY. I moved my schedule around at school to take exams on different days. Wish I would have known this before :/
  12. I just called and set up my time for 2pm. Also, I asked for my score and the lady told me I am a 9.55. That is way higher than I calculated (9.22). You guys may be off too fyi
  13. Congrats to everyone that received an email for the interview !!!! I can't wait to meet the people that I could possibly spend 2+ years with in the program. Do you think they will tell me where I stand if I call on Monday? I want to know where they ranked me so I can breathe a little. My points weren't high or low (9.2) and I am a post baccalaureate applicant. I wonder if that matters in the selections. I'm reading all these posts about how they limit the amount of transfer students and I'm wondering if there is any truth to that. I think I am going to call tomorrow and ask them about that as well, just to clear it up. I hope they aren't too annoyed with me asking questions, but I think we should all know if they truly rank everyone and pick the top candidates. If not, that definitely will affect me and many others as far as being accepted now, or in the future. Just in case, I am applying to CSUN (nov 31) and UCLA MECN programs (nov 1), although CSULB is my #1 choice. Also, I am pretty sure they don't have many accepted students that decline admissions, because there aren't many 4-yr schools with Spring admissions.
  14. I was doubtful that I would get an email. I am a post baccalaureate transfer. I was informed that they don't favor students from csulb. They base it only on scores. Maybe that is why the cutoff has been so high in recent semesters. They change it up all the time, the way they cutoff the scores
