Hello: I took my TEAS V this past Saturday, and considering I did not study (maybe 20 minutes at the most) I think I did pretty decent....88% on the reading, 90% in the math, 80% on the english...however my science was in the mid 50's, but this still put my adjusted score at a 77% which is proficient. In other words, as far as your science goes, STUDY STUDY STUDY!! Topics were on there such as chemistry (ex: formula for salt, periodic table, etc). Potential vs. Kinetic energy, earth science (photosynthesis), basic anatomy (ex: function of lymphatic system, reproduction) and basic scientific reasoning. Thats about all I can remember. I am essentially good at the other topics, but as far as the math goes, know your fractions, and decimals. I was able to run across a few practice exams for the teas, if you go on Google and type in "SAMPLE TEAS V EXAMS" they will bring up some good links....also this is a good link: http://www.teascentral.com/?gclid=COWzxuC6u6sCFcjb4AodsGpOhQ also, I cant stress enough EAT BREAKFAST BEFORE YOU GO, AND GET PLENTY OF REST! This is especially important considering you will be staring at a computer screen for 3 1/2 hours...let me know if you have any more questions. Good luck!
