I didn't get in either......very sad. I didn't ask why, but I'm guessing it is because I still have to finish taking some pre-reqs. I'm taking 12 hours this semester and 7 more this summer. Aside from that I have a 4.0 with two years working in a hospital, so I can't imagine it would be anything else! Bummer!!!!!

I'm going to be ill. Just called and got voice mail. The receptionist told me that the lady wasn't picking up. Who could blame her? I'm sure the phone is ringing off the hook! Still, now that I've left a message I have to sit here and wait. Ugghhhhhh. I'm going to NEED a nurse before the day is over!!!

I'm sure they are used to it and even expect it by now. Besides, a month has gone since we were supposed to know. I think we've been pretty patient. BTW, I talk a good game now. We'll see if I actually have the nerve to dial the phone tomorrow! :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

KMS - How do you know this? Have you spoken to them? Everyone else makes it sound like it will still be a while. I hope you are right!!!

There is a link to scholarship info on the MUSC site. Look under the BSN program and towards the bottom of the page there are links for info on fafsa & scholarships. Good luck!

I haven't even started applying in earnest yet, but they would be non-MUSC scholarships. I've been just sort of looking them over in case I get in and thought at that point I would get to work. Now I guess I'd better really get started and hope for the best. The only problem is that alot of them require a letter of acceptance along with the app.

I hope there aren't many people wanting to apply for scholarships. Most of them have a March 31st deadline!

Welcome Shane,The only advice I can give is be prepared to wait for your acceptance letter! lol. We are all going nuts here waiting to see if we got in. Until then, I can't really tell you what got us there (or not). Good luck!

I was wondering the same thing. I want to call them SO bad......but won't. Hey! Maybe since there are just a few of us on the board we are all they have to pick from! ;-) I can dream can't I?

Thanks Chuck. I did see that. Just don't know if I can stand the wait!!! In looking back at some of the previous classes, it looks like some got the news within three weeks. Am hoping that's the case here! Fingers crossed!
