Today I got a call from lonestar mont. nursing department. The lady told me that she was sending prospective students' information to board of nursing and she wanted to verify my visa status with me. The call didn't provide any other information, butit feels good when u hear that they are considering you prospective student. This helps a little while playing the waiting game...

Me too. I keep on checking this site for the update... I am so curious to know, if I will get accepted in the program..

You are right. I talk to mont. people today and they told me they are planning to increase the seats in future, but this year they have only 40 seats. They also told me that last year montgomery cutoff was 11.4 .

Does anyone have an idea how many seats montgomery college offering this semester? I hope they have increased no. of seats as they have new building now...

HESI study guide is not enough for the A&P section. We should go through our class notes from the A&P class. That's what helped me a lot.

Ok, Great. So I have all the documents ready except for the Hep B shot evidence, which I will be getting tomorrow.

NCLEXEATER, What's your total score and what campus r u applying at?

ok, i got my evaluation from advising dept. but the title for the document is "academic advisement report" not "evaluation" or anything like that. it lists various subjects and if i passed the subject, it says satisfied. it is the correct document? is it really the evaluation we need to submit?? louroque-- i think u should talk to nursing department. they should be able to guide you.

I could not find the evaluation so i am planning to meet the advisor in the evening or may be tomorrow.

did u talk with anyone to fix this?

louroque, I had my score posted very next day. For the Hep B, this time we have to submit the proof of the first shot taken....

ray-ray, they usually say it takes a week to post the score. but my experience says that it gets updated in 2-3 days. here are the instructions we need to follow in order to apply. print and sign application. print and sign correct score sheet. do not turn in your score sheet without your hesi scores listed. turn in hard copy of #1 and #2 and printed evaluation into the nursing office at the campus of 1st choice only. submit copy of evidence of status of hep b vaccination (minimum first shot completed by application deadline.) turn in ferpa form (available at http://www.lonestar.edu/14570.htm http://www.lonestar.edu/14570.htm) if ged taken, copy of diploma or transcript required.

TxDiscoDiva, its a fantastic idea... I was also thinking something like this...I think name should include words like "LSC ADN Fall 2011", but let's think about creative name using these words...any suggestions from anybody???

hi everyone, I am so happy to write that I took HESI today and got 95% in A&P, 90% in math and my ENGL composite score is 89.22%. That gives me final points around 11.5688:yeah:. Hopefully I will be able to get into montgomery college.
