I was out of the house when the mail came today, but received a notice that a certified letter is waiting for me at the post office. I am wondering, do only acceptance letters come certified or do all the letters whether you are accepted or not come certified?

I submitted my application on Wed, but feel my chances of getting in are slim because I only have 15 preference points. Has anyone heard of someone getting in with only 15 points?

Ya, Ive met with advisors at both schools. I have all the pre-requisites for either school. My ultimate goal is to receive a BSN, so I am not opposed to receiving an ASN then going to OU for the RN-BSN. My problem is that all the negative things I have heard about OU, you really would not be able to tell unless you were in the program. Such examples would be, disorganization and lack of help from the professors... If Im spending the amount of money it costs for nursing school, I want a good education. Ultimately, thats all Im worried about.

After reading many of the negative posts regarding OU's nursing program, I am now confused as to what to do. My initial plan was to apply for OU's Nursing program in Oklahoma City to enter in Fall 2010. Now, being discouraged from applying to OU, I am considering OCCC to enter in Spring 2010. If anyone has pro's or con's for either school that would help my decision, it would be GREATLY appreciated.

I have a question about the supplemental questions on the application? What exactly do you think they are looking for with those questions? Thats the only part of the application that I havent finished. :)
