    I am new here and have questions I ran an in home daycare for 12 yrs. and now I want to explore the Medical Field. I am not quite sure what the difference between an RN and a CNA is, can someone please explain it to me? Also, on the schooling side how long does it take for either one? I know ads out there right now that are saying you can do it in as little as 120 hrs. is that legit? Thank you, Melissa
