  1. Hi, Congratulations on finishing nursing school, seems like you have a bright future ahead of you. It is a good idea to hold a license, just incase. If you are not going to work with it, then it does not matter when you take the exam. During medical school you will be in a situation where you wish that you have a job and that will be the time to use the license to work. I went to medical school, and my first two years, i was busy as well as the clinical years so i did not have the time for anything. The problem will come when you graduate and could not pass your USMLE;s or could not get match to a residency program then you can work meanwhile waiting for be matched, same thing happened to me. GOOD LUCK!!
  2. Well if they already know that you are LPN and still offered you the job, then more likely the job is legit. You will have nothing to loose regardless, so i will say to go for it. Besides, there are some online programs that will allow you to complete your rn if you are an lpn already. So it will be more convenience for you to work and take classes. Good luck!
  3. Hi, I absolutely believed that prayers can move mountains. God created everything and he sees our suffering, at the same time he gave us power to fight the devil, by using prayers like yours, we can block anything that's preventing our success in life. Thank you for sharing.

  5. Hi babyRN, I just came across your posting, I know it has been a while since you posted it, however I still have few questions for you. I took my DC nclex exam on the 31st of augusta and i do not want to pay to get my result on the website bc i don't want to waste my money to find out that i failed. I checked on the dc's website and my name is not there not even showing pending nor inactive and I still have not received any letter from dc. I failed before and they sent me a letter very quickly, this time the letter is not here yet and my name is not on the web site. Do you know if they have changed the system; maybe i passed and they are taking so long to list my name on the site since they are taking so long to send me a letter. Any information will be greatly appreciated. thank you
