  1. As an inexperienced Pre-Nursing student, I am researching what it takes to get accepted into Nursing Programs. We all know GPAs and Pre-Req classes are a major factor, but I'm curious about all the other factors that determine whether we meet criteria or not. I know there are specific criteria for each Program, but I'm talking about in general. Basically, I'd like to know if any Pre-Nursing students out there can tell me about what they are currently doing or plan to do in order to gain experience in the feild and having created a better application to the Nursing School of their choice because of it. What specific volunteer work can we do???
  2. Oh Green River huh? Near/in Auburn? That's a great possibility. Thanks!
  3. Thanks, that was very helpful!
  4. I've come across many schools that have ADN and BSN Programs, but I'm having a difficult time finding a wide range of LPN Programs throughout Western Washington. The only ones I've come across are South Seattle Community College, North Seattle Community College & Renton Technical College. Does anybody know of any other LPN Programs? Also, if you've heard or have any experience with LPN Programs here in Washington, please share. I am mostly concerned with the Puget Sound Area. Thanks!!
  5. I've looked through the 30 something pages in this post and I didn't see any pay rate for Western Washington, Seattle/Tacoma area. I'm aspiring to be an LPN in this area. What is beginning pay, anybody know??? Thanks so much!!
