No, it doesn't seem like they sent out anything today. They'll either send them tomorrow or Thursday. If they don't send out Wednesday or Thursday, they'll probably do it early next week.

Do they usually send the emails about the status update at 2:30pm? I really wish they'd send some today.

@Anais2024 I highly agree. I just wish they'd send it sooner because other programs have a deadline to secure your spot by May 1st. Some people really don't want to have to pay two deposits ?

People who were notified last week, what time did you get the email that you'd be getting an admissions decisions and what time was the status update available?

@Su Jin Kang So they might send something later today or tomorrow? I was expecting them to send out decisions yesterday since they'd sent some out last Wednesday.

I'm wondering why they can't just send them out all at once like they do for regular college admissions.

Do they send admissions decisions out every week or are there weeks they "skip" and don't send until the following week?

I spoke to people who have been admitted in previous years and they told me that people who applied before and after them got notifications before them. One person I spoke to didn't get their acceptance until the very last week. Regarding the GPA thing, NYU does holistic admission so they also likely really focus on the essays and experience portion of the application as opposed to just looking at GPA. So far, they're saying decisions will be released by June 22nd so I guess we're all going to wait until it's our turn so to speak. Good luck!

Yes from what I've seen this is true. I know someone who graduated last year and her position was secured at NYU Langone.
