No cover letter, previous nursing experience or relatives at KP. I am working on my BSN, speak one other language, and have some volunteer experience and certifications. That's correct. I was asked if I preferred med surg or tele.

@bbRN @bnpina We were asked about our preference for full time or part time, and day or night shift. Also, there were quite a few internal applicants that interviewed with me on Monday. I know they said they were going to interview more people on Tuesday (today) and make a decision this week. This is for Woodland Hills location.

Group activities included pairing up for introductions, and then answering randomly chosen questions.

@Nurse2710 Not sure, but just finished interviewing. First two activities are in the group, then you will be called to interview individually by the panel. Once you are interviewed you are free to go.

@SoontobenurseFe The interview is in person. She received another email with details on how the interview process will go. Multiple candidates will attend and will be interviewed by a panel. I was told the interview would be from 8am-3pm.
