  1. Hi Everyone, I would like get your input and thoughts on the following: I've been working as an RN in IVF clinics for eight years since I completed my RN-BSN. I am at a point that I feel that its time to move on and switch my focus. I think that working at a pre-op/post-op surgery center would be a good fit for me. While working in IVF, I've been in operating rooms as well as recovery areas for over the last 12 months. Any idea if after such a long tenure in IVF I have any chance of landing a job at a pre-op/post op surgery center? What would be your recommendation for a "field switcher" like myself? Thank you so much for your feedback!
