  1. Hi, I'm newish to cannulating fistulas - I cannulated a patient the other day and may have placed the arterial needle too close to the anastamosis (needed to avoid a large eschar venous - what are peoples guidance/experience for avoiding recirculation r/t needle placement? Many thanks!
