  1. New Grad Looking For Work In Albuquerque, NM. Where do I even start?

    Hello all, this is my first post on allnurses. I just graduated from nursing school in central Texas to become an RN. I take the NCLEX soon and in the mean time am looking for a potential employer in Albuquerque, New Mexico. With that said, other than what I have seen on indeed and glassdoor, are there any nurses on here that have any recommendations for a new grad? Are there any facilities I should avoid like the plague? I have visited Albuquerque plenty, but never looked at hospitals to work at. Even perhaps Santa Fe would be okay, not sure where to start though. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance...
