You can ask me all the questions you need to answer. You must do it the seven days of the week. I recommend you to do it as early as you can, that way houngan plan accordingly your morning. Have the forms in your car all the time as well.

Also, it’s not guarantee that you will me dismissed once you complete the 90 days. You can not have positive drug screening, neither can you miss a peer meeting.

Yes. I’m about to finish my evaluation period through ramp . In less that 3 months, I am being able to obtain my license. No positive drug or alcohol test, never missed the daily sign in, and never missed a peer group. I won’t ever say that this whole process was easy, it doesn’t matter if an applicant thinks that it’s unfair. The only fact is that you are there, and it’s the only way to obtain your license after a dui, like it happened to me 4 years ago. My only advice to someone who has to go through this is to stay clean and sober. Don’t lie on your intake meeting. If you say that you haven’t been drinking, and they see after the hair or alcohol test that what you say doesn’t match with the test result, most likely you will be in the program longer than expected.

It depends on the drug screening. if the result for all of them is negative, and your evaluator doesn’t see any red flags, you should be fine.

If you are a nurse already, your licensed is suspended until the evaluation period is complete. Ramp will decide wether you can go back or you need further monitoring. If you are an applicant, they will support your license after the evaluation period is complete( 3 months). You can’t have any positive drug test. you won’t have your license until then.

Yes. I think that a positive baseline test( hair or fingernails) will make you to be in the program longer than 3 months.

I’m in a very similar situation and I would like to know what I can still do now, since I already signed up the 90 days contract. They told me that I was only being evaluated, and after 2 drug test and 4 weekly meetings, I was going to meet up with an evaluator. Also, what do they ask you to do during those 2 years, and what you can’t do. thank you so much, I really appreciate any information and advice that I could get.

I see. OK, thank you for your help and time. I definitely don’t have a problem doing what I’m told to do by ramp. Based on what I had read, a lot of participants were kept in the program even though they were following the rules by the book. What rules that I have to follow if I have to sign a contract after the completion of the program ? they said that I was being evaluated, not monitored. I already submitted my first urine sample. Why did they told me that probably I was going to be in the program only for a short period, less than two months ? I don’t drink, I won’t have a problem with following the rules, but it’s definitely a stressor not to know when I’m going to be able to work. thank you so much for your reply.

Hello ! I’m a new Graduate LPN. I had a dui 4 years ago, 7 months driving license suspension, and one year interlock installed. The BON requires now that I complete the evaluation with Ramp. I was told by my case manager that after 4 weekly meetings and 2 drug tests I would be evaluated by a profesional and probably that was about it. I don’t have a drinking problem, I do take adderal, which is obviously prescribed by my physician. When I try to find more information, or reviews from nurses and LPN’s who were or are in this situation, I get terrified of the bad experiences that a lot of them described. If someone can kindly help me with factual information I really appreciate it. I just want and need to know what to expect, I’m somehow apprehensive about asking to anyone from ramp, because based on what I have read, that are not your friends and are all for the money kind of people.
