  1. I had a few interviews and one for sure went really well and they asked for some references etc but also have interviews with a couple of others places too in coming week and do not know how to handle it if officially turns into an "offer" it would be so cool to be able to place them all against each other and weigh the benefits and such but I have a feeling it simply doesn't work like that? I saw somewhere that approx 5 days is the most time you would have to weigh your options? When they do make an "offer" do they come out and tell you everything like benefits and stuff like this? I guess a maybe a better question is how have other of ppl decided between places? obviously location, specialty, salary>are there other things to consider I can not think of besides what would give one the most purpose?
