  1. No.. it’s optional. And “doesn’t have any influence on your waitlist status” per ken. I personally just wanted to take them bc I intended applying again and if I were to have come off the waitlist I’d have them done.
  2. So last year when I was wait listed I was notified by mail. I didn’t get any communication until closer to the fall when the deadline hit to sign up to take those two pre-requisites. I ended up taking them which was nice since I don’t have to this year. I know last year someone was pulled from waitlist, but have no idea how many they actually pull.
  3. If it helps, last year I was waitlisted and didn’t find out until 3+ weeks later in the Mail. No calls and nothing changed on my portal throughout that time.
  4. I got a call yesterday and accepted a spot in the program
  5. Now I’m gonna be really anxious come tomorrow! At least this forum is keeping my mind occupied ?
  6. Same. I only applied to Clarkson! I was not told this. They did tell me how hard patho is going to be if I were to be accepted to the program.. and how important it is for us to be able to comprehend it at a med student level. However, I’ve heard from a few friends who applied that they were grilled on why they got a C in a certain class.
  7. Yes to essay portion! Optional at the end, you have like 15 minutes? Pretty laid back. I was told we’d hear back in 1-2 weeks! Ahhhh! Just finished up my interview today.
  8. I hope so!! I had all personal questions in my interview. Only thing clinical related was asking about the kind of pediatric ICU experience I had. Nothing about medications/scenarios etc. they made it very comfortable and it honestly flew by.
  9. Mines the 27th! So I got an interview last year and was put on the waitlist. I wish I had an idea of how many they waitlist, but I don’t!
  10. Have been following this thread!! So anxious to hear ?
