  1. Hello! I am making a presentation on Orthopedic Nursing for my senior seminar class. Orthopedic Nursing is the speciality that I am really wanting to go into, but I have a lot of questions regarding it. If you can, I would appreciate any responses to the following questions! Are you a RN or an NP(or other)? Are you certified? If so, what did it take to become certified? Is your job located in a large city or more smaller? If you don't mind answering: what state are you from? In your opinion, do you think I will have difficulty finding an orthopedic nursing job opening? What setting do you work in? (Emergency Room, Surgical Unit, Sports Medicine, Etc.) What are the benefits/disadvantages of working in your setting(as asked in number 5)? What do you like/dislike about the job?
