Hi everyone, I signed a contract with a hospital and they are filing an EB3 visa for me. I will be working in Oklahoma. Right now we are waiting on the prevailing wage and it’s been 3 months now. How long is the waiting period for the prevailing wage to be processed? Also, do I have to wait for the greencard to come before I start working or I’ll get an authorization to work before filing for adjustment of status? Please help

Hi everyone, I passed my NCLEX. However, as an F-1 student I can’t work in the USA without a work permit or greencard sponsorship. I was denied OPT and I was stuck. Is there a way that I can get sponsorship for a greencard or even H1B without the OPT? Has anyone had a similar experience? Any feedback is welcome thank you

Hi everyone, I’m an F-1 nursing student graduating in May 2021. My school is in Oklahoma and it offers an associates in nursing (ADN). My visa expired but I’ve been in school so I’m still legal. However, for me to take my NCLEX in the state of Oklahoma they need a valid visa and I can’t afford to leave the US right now with covid and everything. I have attached the requirements in the picture below. Is there any state that has different requirements from Oklahoma that I may be able to take my NCLEX in? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
