  1. retaking NCLEX after graduating in 2015

    I have a question. My husband graduated nursing school 6 years ago in Texas and took NCLEX 3 times and failed. He is wanting to try again but Texas has the rule you have to test 4 years after you graduate. Oklahoma doesn’t have that rule I don’t think can he test there and then just get his license transferred to Texas?
