  1. So I should say that a girl that is already in the program told me that the results could take up to two weeks due to all of the writing samples they need to conduct, so don’t be too set on it coming today!
  2. You're right! Yesi said there were only 20 on Friday. Interesting...
  3. Do you know how many were on Friday?
  4. I’m thinking early this week, but I’m not sure. I just asked a student in the program if she remembers from when she was accepted, so I’ll tell you what she says.
  5. I actually practiced interview questions beforehand, but the first question I got wasn’t one of them. I think so.
  6. I'm hoping they take that into account. I had never done an interview like that before.
  7. I’m glad you agree that the questions weren’t all of the same difficulty! It looks like we’ll just have to wait and see at this point.
  8. Yeah! They're way ahead, so we'll see what they say. What I'm wondering is how they will calculate interview points. Is four minutes enough time to interview anybody? Maybe I'm biased because of my bad start, but I'm not sure.
  9. Did they say they'll announce on Tuesday? To us they just said in the next one to two weeks.
  10. Haha, thank you, but I really did lose my way on my first question. All I can do is wait. 1. What is nursing to you and why do you want to become a nurse? 2. Describe a time that you have confronted a problem, and how did you solve that problem? Both questions were very similar to the two I just wrote, but the wording was different. Point is, be prepared to be asked in-depth questions on a moments notice. If you are not sure how to answer, don't say "ummm" or anything at all, just think silently, then respond. Also, make sure to keep your eye on the camera when responding, and not to be fidgety.
  11. For the record, I don't think that anyone will be super satisfied with their interview. That's just how these things go when you have 8 people watching you answer. No one get discouraged!
  12. Had my interview today. The nervousness overcame me on the first question, and I was the first person, so I never answered the question fully. On the second I think I may have redeemed myself a little, but I have no clue what to expect. How did ya'll's interviews go?
  13. Luckily I saw that other nursing students had posted that the question the nursing staff gave was the question they give students for the writing sample every year, so I was prepared!
  14. Haha, I was at first too, but we’ve already applied! All that’s left is to wait, and that’s what calmed me down.
  15. 50 will be invited to interviews, and after that, 40 will be accepted.
