  1. Job change decision

    Not sure if this is the best place to post this inquiry. I currently work two nursing jobs, full time home health, and PRN at an orthopedic surgery center. I recently decided that I wanted to go back to full time at the surgery center and approached the boss. She immediately offered me the job and I was excited for the change. When I put my notice in at my full time job they offered me more money and begged me not to go (we have a high turn over as it is and a couple really good people have recently left). I can't pass up the raise at my full time job, it will make almost 5$ an hour difference. How should I let the surgery center know without them hating me?? I am so embarrassed to go to them and tell them I've changed my mind :((
