Hello, first semester is almost over! Our final is tomorrow!! We had our clinical sites at Mountain Manor and Sac Post Acute. It varies on availability and Professor. Next semester, we are going to UC Davis. Be flexible, study, use time wisely, ask questions, listen to your professors, and check off on your skills! @kwon Are you excited? How was orientation? You are very lucky to have your professors! We got the tough one and it hasn't been easy, but will be worth it! Your class is extremely lucky!

Thank you!! I will keep you posted! You do have to be boosted, even though healthcare workers aren't mandated anymore. They stated we are considered volunteers. We will do our clinicals at Eskaton and UC Davis. That is what I know now.

@FutureNursePD did you get in? @kwon I was offered a spot and accepted. I start Fall 2023!

I wasn't alternate number 1. They were offered a spot after orientation. Sac City doesn't advise where you are on the eligibility list. So the waiting game continues!

Thank you @Capsychlvn2! I was selected as an alternate into the Fall program. I attended orientation and now I wait. How many are admitted into the bridge program?

@kwon, I went to the orientation yesterday and all, but one showed up. All 5 alternates showed up as well, so Shannon will message the alternates and advise the next steps and if any openings. Fingers crossed and hope to hear about your success!!

Did any alternates get accepted? I was just sent an email for SCC program as an alternate. Wondering how soon I will know.

I received an email at 9:52am stated I have been selected as an alternate! I'm wondering the chances I have as an alternate. I hope you all tell me you've been selected!!
