  1. Hey Cameron, thanks! ? Yeah I was meaning the first one. My school utilizes a program (PrepU) with built in practice questions and explanations but our Maternal text isn't covered.
  2. Hello all, I'm half way through my second semester of an ADN program and was wondering if any of you are aware of free test banks online. I'm putting the hours in to studying the actual content but know nursing exams are all about practice. Thanks in advance.
  3. Yes, when you login to your school's website you should find the option to order your official transcripts. The process may differ at some schools so I'd just check with yours to be sure ?
  4. I'm sorry, I had something else in mind. You'll have to have your school send your official transcripts.
  5. I'm used to using Kindle on my desktop, so decided against the physical copies. I did get the optional study guides though. Don't know for sure but we may get some insight tomorrow at pre-orientation.
  6. It should become available at the start of the application period. You'll go to prospective students, start the application, and then see the courses.
  7. I may be mistaken (so hopefully someone can verify) but I believe you actually choose from a list of acceptable courses. I majored in philosophy so chose one of those. Obviously you'll want to choose the course with the higher grade. I just checked and the next application period is 6 days from now. You'll be able to confirm this then. Good luck ?
  8. I'm game if anyone else is. This semester's thread doesn't seem to be as active as past years though.
  9. Yeah, but as far as I understand that book price will get you through the whole program (you have access to them for 24 months.) Definitely still steep though.
  10. Yeah, I was there today around that time as well and it was really packed. I first went on Wednesday morning and there were only 4 others waiting beside me, so maybe it's better to go first thing in the morning? My tests all came back immune so I just need to go back on Monday with the E2 form. I've already purchased the required books ?
  11. Yeah, confirmed I'll be using a PAPR for the program.
  12. Received the email allowing me to scheduled my health clearance appointment. I'll be there tomorrow morning. Edited with additional info for anyone interested: -If you've lost your immunization record (like me) the school will provide missing immunizations. -The pre-admission questionnaire can either be scanned or mailed to their physical address (if you don't have a scanner). -Pictures for ID badges won't be take at pre-orientation, but sometime later when we do the livescan.
  13. Yeah, I don't actually know what the extent of the responsibilities they place on the students is. Just thinking ahead at this point.
