  1. I have almost 1 year RN experience, I work in LTC and I haven’t been able to land a job outside of it. ? I’d like to get IV experience. I took an IV certification course however the places that I’d like to work such as Integrative/Functional medicine centers require IV experience and I feel like it’s impossible to get it since I’m struggling finding jobs that’ll help me get that experience. I’ve applied to endoscopy places and med surge etc. Any other ideas how I can get IV experience? ? Thanks!
  2. Thank you so much KatieMI ! This really helps.
  3. I would like a non-bedside job, that is what it appeals to me. Like public health or drs office. Thanks Faculty RN , those are most likely offices that branch off Christians care hospital and Nemours pediatric hospital with strict requirements. I’ve tried. Looks like I’d just have to move.
  4. Hi everyone, I’m in LTC but I’ve been looking for primary care/clinic nurse job for awhile with no luck. On job searches I’m just getting a lot of Home health, hospitals, dialysis, LTC.. but I barely see any primary care or specialties like cardiology office or pulmonologist office etc RN jobs if I do they are really far away and not many. I live in Delaware I know it’s a small state but there are plenty of primary care offices. I don’t understand why I can’t find them. If you are in primary care how did you find your job? Any tips on how to look for one? Thank you!
