Hi @vince-reads and All I'm thrilled by your response and thank you very much for your time and consideration. So, my Girlfriend did BSc Nursing from Nepal and got a Masters Of Nursing (Professional Studies) degree from Western Sydney University in Australia. I live in Missouri and no plan to move to California just yet. My understanding was my Girlfriend can take NCLEX exam from Australia and once she gets Green Card (as my spouse and I already have Green Card) she can move and start working in the USA. And I don't have any preferences with States (I am okay with any states as of now). Can you please help me understand the scenario that I am thinking of? Thank you in advance. -B.

Hello all good people, I am grateful to be able to ask this question here ? I am a permanent resident of united states and my girlfriend is working in Australia as a Registered Nurse(completed Masters degree in2019). She doesn't wan't to move to America arguing that her Masters Degree will be invalid in United states and all her hard working will be useless once she moves to America and she also has to pass NCLEX. I don't want to move to Australia because I am as a software engineer have good opportunities here compared to Australia so I would like to settle in America with my girlfriend. In this scenario how can I convince my girlfriend to move to America. All your feedbacks are highly appreciated. Thank you, Bibek
