  1. I am a senior nursing student in practicum and I still don't have a preceptor! it's been a month since comps and it seems everyone else in my cohort started weeks ago. essentially, I've done everything I needed to in order to start my practicum, including picking my badge up from my site's office. the last time my clinical instructor reached out to me was a week ago. the worst part of this is that we, as students, are not allowed to contact our clinical sites, which leaves us with very few options . at this point I'm worried about not being able to graduate on time (after six long combined years of college) and I'm feeling a bit hopeless. I can't even make life plans more than a few days in advance because -what if I randomly get my assignment- honestly, I would not wish this on anyone. have any of you experienced something similar?
