  1. Hey, if you applied for this upcoming Spring ‘22 have you heard anything back yet… any confirmation emails stating when they would send out acceptance letters?
  2. Yeah, that number sounds familiar. I’m just hoping they alert us either way. The final email said we should receive notice in approx 2weeks from application deadline. I’m getting a little impatient LOL
  3. Hey beckyroxco, just wondering if you received an status on your application ? I was under the impression that I would get an email either way but it’s been about 3weeks now?
  4. Hey beckyroxco, how did the TEAS go? I’m scheduling mine for the beginning of October... do you know if we are able to retake and schedule up until the application deadline?
  5. Will do ?
  6. No I will be doing a commute as well, I’ve been studying for the TEAS and plan to really dive in next week once my patho course is complete. Best of luck on acceptance ?
  7. Hey, finishing strong with my patho course this week. I’ve been an LPN for 3 years. I haven’t scheduled my TEAS yet... I should probably get on that. Did you schedule for online testing or through a campus? How long have you been a nurse... and what’s your GPA looking like for prerequisites?
  8. Anyone applying in October for the January bridge program? Or is anyone an alumni who can share some insight on this school(GPA, Tess scores, schedule during the year)...? I’m new to the area and there seems as though there are not a lot of bridge programs. ?? I get accepted.
  9. Do you guys mind sharing you GPA and HESI scores... im trying to apply to the bridge program but if ppl are getting turned away with high gpas and great HESI scores i definetly have some things to reconsider...
  10. Haha I just realized this wasn’t my original post sorry for the confusion .
  11. Hey! Im a licensed practical nurse hoping to do the bridge program but willing to apply to the traditional program as well. I didn’t attend kcc for the LPN program
  12. Thanks so much for providing some input/info on the transition program.. I’ve heard so many mixed reviews about applying with a C or two and not getting in or being a military exempt resident and not being considered. Guess I’ll go for it and hope for the best. ?
  13. Oh thanks for the advice, Chen is one of my last pre req this fall. Oh goodness sounds like this program is just as competitive as I’ve heard. I’m hoping my LPN experience gives me a boost but I doubt it ? best of luck again.
  14. Im not ready to apply yet still in the pre-req stage but ...I would like to know did you retake any classes for a better grade or were you getting declined or alternate with the stats you listed? Your grades look great and I’m sending positive vibes and acceptance letters your way.
  15. Hello, I'm finishing up my prerequisites and my stats could be better... I would like to hear from students of the past, present and future. Is the transition program at kcc, super competitive? How many times did you apply before getting accepted? Are you a resident of Oahu? ( because locals are first pick), how many ppl were/are in your cohort ? MOST IMPORTANTLY what are your stats? thanks for the info ?
