    Hi to All, I'm new to this website. And I will be thankful if anyone can help me apply my RN License here in Los Angeles, California. To tell you a little bit of my background, I am a foreign Graduate of Nursing in Manila, Philippines batch 2007. I did not practice since then. My questions pertains to my current situation with no experience and have not taken NCLEX. Also, I am already a permanent resident here in California. I would like to know, if I would still be requiring to take a refresher course to rake and be qualified to take the NCLEX exam? Thank you for Help JC
