  4. Does anyone know the ratios for their hem/onc unit? And pay? Thank you!
  5. @bsnandbeyond PMed you ?
  6. @bsnandbeyond I have not, did you apply? If so what position/unit if you don't mind me asking? I don't know much about the company but excited to learn more
  7. @DowntheRiver thank you so much for your reply and advice! I really appreciate that. Hoping to find something a little less stressful but have been scared to make the jump.
  8. Hi, I was wondering if anyone has experience working at Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida? I recently applied to the new graduate ambulatory clinic position and would love insight. Thank you!!
  9. Hi @DowntheRiver I just applied to the residency program for the ambulatory oncology clinics at Moffitt, I wanted to see if you had any advice or information regarding the program and/or the outpatient clinics? Do you enjoy your job? How is the level of stress? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for at least an interview, I am applying from out of state though so I'm not sure if I'll have any luck. Any information you could share would mean the world to me!
  10. Does anyone have any tips for a newer nurse (one year PICU experience) who is trying to get into an outpatient infusion center? I'm in San Diego County and don't see many job postings, just a lot of home health postings. Wondering if there was any potential for this field in SD county?
  11. could you give me some info too? looking into tampa and st petersburg and would love insight
  12. @ALgrad yeah! did you do a preceptorship in critical care and do you have your license? just so I can focus my advice for you
  13. Rady is all about their mission and "CARES" values. Include those in your answers. Also, take your time in the interviews. Ask them to repeat questions if you need to, a lot of the questions have multiple parts and you are scored on your answers so you don't want to miss anything. A lot of personality/behavioral questions. Feel free to message if you have more specific questions, I work in their PICU but know about the new grad program.
  14. Internal applicants were contacted first during the last round. HR is able to tell you if you've been forwarded to hiring managers or not
