    Just finished my interview. It was a 15-20 minutes interview with 2 FAs . Questions were walk us through your resume, why Nursing and why Davita. Describe a time when you had a conflict with a supervisor or coworker and how you resolved it and a few more similar questions. Have mixed feelings. I was very nervous but overall I think it went well. Now the wait begins.

    Hello everyone. I am a new RN grad (Got my license July 2019) with no previous work history in health care. Submitted many applications to New grad and residency positions with no success.I only got an interview next week with Davita for their RN training cohort . Any information about the first interview would be much appreciated. What kind of general and specific questions should I expect? Is HD a good position to start my RN career? What is the pay for RN training and new hires in SF bay area?
