  1. Yes! I got mine this morning too. Hopefully we will know this month with people either denying the seat or not paying the seat deposit. I wish they provided us with more information on how it is determined who off the waitlist gets a spot, but can only hope we get emailed.
  2. I appreciate you sharing this info with me as I wasn't too sure when the deadlines were for the people who did get admitted. Haha I feel you on that. I think that's the worst part about being waitlisted is not knowing anything or even where you are on the list of other applicants. Hopefully we will know something by end of April then as there is no reason it would be anytime after May? LOL
  3. Man I'm sorry to hear that. I was for acute care part time and got wait listed as well. Hopefully we all hear something in reasonable amount of time. Do you think they will let us know if we weren't chosen for a spot before August?
  4. Okay that is the exact email I got with it too. I feel like at this point I'd rather it be accepted or denied, as waitlist is a hard pill to swallow with not knowing if you will get contacted or not. I couldn't find anything in the past forums about waitlist, so I guess we just carry on and see if we get contacted.
  5. Did you get waitlisted? I have no idea, but someone mentioned that this might be new this year as in previous times people had to wait weeks or let alone months to either get an acceptance or a denial, so this might be the new "waiting". I think it's only for the people who applied for this term not years past as they would have to reapply for new admission. what did your email say for the waitlist?
  6. That's when I got my email too for waitlist.
  7. I really hope that is the case, but I know being waitlisted is super disappointing, but I also hope that we hear something in the next couple of weeks. It sucks because they said in the email we can't ask about our status on the waitlist. So I really have no idea how it works with who gets selected off of it.
  8. I applied for adult acute care. This was the only school I applied for as it wasn't a deal breaker, but just glad I didn't have to wait another week to know. Was that with UF? Did they just email you and say hey you are off the waitlist? I am not sure how it works for graduate programs though as I'd like to think most people will accept..
  9. Well, I just got waitlisted. I guess it's better then being denied, but I haven't read in forums of previous waitlist so I'm not really sure what to expect or if it's worth accepting.
  10. For real. I just don't want it to be dragged out for weeks ??
  11. Congratulations! Glad they are sending it out. Nothing yet for adult acute!
  12. Hopefully it is tomorrow by end of the day and at least one of a hears something. If not, then I'm definitely emailing first thing Monday morning to get an update as there is no reason for this to be dragged on LOL
  13. That's a good point... I just hope that if they said in two different emails that they are sending out notices this week, that they actually do it tomorrow then. I just wonder what time frame...
  14. Yeah this is tough. I hope when they do send out emails, it's not in groups like previous years that were weeks apart.
