  1. For those that are purchasing the package and are having trouble with the bookstore not having the books or whatever. There is a bookstore right in front of the Lee campus that normally has them in stock and accepts financial aid. The name is Textbook Brokers (239) 703-7629.
  2. You will have a trial period of 15 days once the class starts. After those 15 days it will give you the option to purchase if you haven't already.
  3. Hey everyone! I'm a level 2 Lee traditional student. Congrats on those that were accepted into the program! I posted this link last semester on my classes allnurses page and I will share it again for those of you that still need access to the books. Please make sure to use your BUCS email address or you will not be able to access. I have included all the books needed in a pdf as well as some other books and resources. In regards to the codes I chose to purchase them separately and I only ended up purchasing one out of the two codes that come with the $1000 package. I ended up not purchasing the pharmacology code because I used the trial period to complete all the assignment ahead of time as they were open from day 1. This did not work for the other code because the assignments are opened in relation to the instructors due dates. If you don't mind using PDF books instead of physical copies this should save you a significant amount of money. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Len-7GpCRhQDOx67pCnNX9H-v5ZWKXwi
  4. Here's the link to the books, use your Bucs email to access. Meet Google Drive – One place for all your files
  5. Hey guys, so I know a lot of you are probably concerned about the cost of the books and codes as well. Ive been researching what my cheapest option is and i've come up with a plan that will save me almost half the cost of the whole package which costs a little over $1000 after tax. I was able to get PDF/Ebook versions of all 4 books from a previous student all which I can share for whoever is interested. As far as the codes, within the package you are purchasing 2 codes from my understanding. There is one code for the Volume 1-3 books and another for the pharmacology book. After pricing them out separately I found them on the Pearson website for roughly $480 for both, not including tax. I myself do not plan on purchasing the physical copies of the books because I am planning on loading them onto my iPad Pro which I prefer. That being said I have also been able to find the books used for under $140 for all four. If your tight on money or just looking to save a little this might be a good option for you as well. I can post a download link for the books if anyone needs them.

  10. Congrats everyone! I got into my first pick LEE traditional For future applicants TEAS: 80 GPA: 3.52 Total Points: 65
  11. I attended a nursing information session at Lee a couple of months ago and Chris told us they actually had more applicants last spring than ever before. As far as the ANEW being cancelled yes they will obviously be accepting less students but I think if those applying for ANEW decide to go traditional there will theoretically be less seats. I have heard from students, faculty that spring has previously been easier to get into though. Fingers crossed!
  12. Just starting this thread up! This is for anyone planning on applying to FSW in the fall for Spring 2019 at FSW. I'm currently finishing up my pre-reqs this summer 2018 term and will be taking the TEAS in the fall as well as applying to the program at the Lee Campus. Reply back with, What campus you are planning on applying to? What classes you are trying to finish up before applying in Sept/Oct? What program schedule format you will be choosing (Daytime or evening/weekend)? Did you take the TEAS VI exam or how did you do? Excited to hear from you guys and to help each other out!
