Rounding IV drip calculations
I wouldn't... because think about it... if you round up you are adding more medication than you technically calculated and Heparin is a very sensitive medication.

Expensive stethoscope for student?
no one will care. thats so awesome that you got yourself a nice stethoscope! I went through nursing school with a $45 dollar stethoscope and it did the job (plus it matched my scrubs ) honestly the only thing that will annoy people is if you start to brag about it... dont be that person in nursing school. I had a girl in my cohort who bragged about the fact that she did an externship at a leading hospital over the summer and a lot of people stopped liking her after we heard it every day for the first week of being back in school.

Hesi A2 enterance tips and study materials for a& p and grammar
My best advice to you is to review any A&P that you feel you struggle with. The A&P section was the hardest section for me too. I honestly felt like using a wide variety of books for HESI entrance was the best way to obtain as much information as possible! you can do it! dont give up!

NCLEX & having a moment of self doubt
You are totally fine for asking this question and being curious. So, not to bring you down but I had a friend who only did UWORLD and failed at 265... now that means that she was close and technically only failed by ONE question. I found Kaplan and their questions to be very useful, especially in how you break down questions and understand them. I personally went about the NCLEX by thinking I would rather go all out and pass rather than wish I did more and fail. also do not rush yourself, if you dont feel ready to take the nclex than dont. the rates of passing each time you take it go down tremendously. so DONT RUSH. take your TIME. im always here if you need advice

Amazon Textbook Rentals?
I rented from Amazon and I am so happy i did. I was able to afford all my books without the assistance of my parents. Now for some levels my school recommended a bundle package so that we also got online resources. My most expensive package was 700 for level 2. Levels 1,3, and 4 never even came close to that. Another great thing about amazon is that if you get a used book a lot of the content is already highlighted for you, which i think is great!!!

Failing Nursing School
Practice questions and repetition helped me tremendously. I didn't start succeeding in nursing school until I started studying with people and discussing the information outloud. Study groups can get off task pretty quickly.. so put your phone away and truly commit to what you are doing. Nurselabs has a lot of great practice questions as well as the NCLEX-RN review book by Silvestri (Im actually selling me if you want it). Nursing school questions are different than previous tests youve taken up to this point. DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED!!! Stay positive. Positivity is so key during this time and for the remainder of your time in nursing school. If you ever need anything feel free to message me. I know it can be tough. BUT I DID IT!! and so can YOU

What pre-nursing classes should I take together ?
All of the classes you just listed I took over 15 weeks. A&P is super important.. you will want it to stick with you throughout your pre-recs all the way through nursing school. Stats was a very difficult class for me.. I took it online and I hated it.. I spent 15 hours a week on just online homework (it was ridiculous). Chemistry was very easy for me, and I think you should be able to do that just fine in a short period. Microbiology is difficult.. I would NOT rush that class at all. You don't want to rush through it and then have to retake it. tips: A&P - study groups 13423492834%!!!! discussing the information rather than trying to do it on your own will help a LOT.
