has anyone tried to fill up the Training Area Reference form? Is the stamp needed still the employer's stamp or the referee's trodat?

hey I kinda wanna ask those who got their DL's already, did any of your transcripts of training highlight ur geriatric practice? If not, were you required to submit a document that highlighted your geriatric training/practice?

hi guys, so I just sent my documents to the NMC's address through DHL. When I checked on their website with my tracking number, it says that it's headed to Lambeth London. Did a little google maps search and it seems to be pretty close to the intended address. Can I ask any of you guys that used DHL if this should be alright or should I contact DHL?

Guys if the email address of my workplace is unknown, can I just leave the email address fields in my reference form blank? Also, what contact email should I put in the registration body of the online portal, the email address of PRC OR the email address of the branch of PRC I am affiliated with? (In my case PRC 9 Pagadian) Thanks for anyone who can help me with this...

In my case I was under each of my references for a certain amount of time during my entire employment. Although I only worked for one institution for four years. I hope this won't be a problem down the road.

Hi guys, can anyone please advise me on this? Im trying to upload my certificate of employment, but the only stamp available in my hospital is the company dry stamp. It's not really clear at all when the document is scanned. The document also says that it is invalid if it does not have a stamp(although if you see it in person it is clearly stamped). Will the NMC consider this, or is this a problem?

Hi mate sorry to hear that. May I suggest you take a look at the nmc code, nmc medicines management, basic drug and IV calculations, and some basic medical surgical topics....these were what helped me in my exam Hope you pass your exam soon

Hi guys, so I was at PRC pagadian the other day, and they said they would fill up the NMC registration form, but they themselves must mail the document to London. No alternative stated, THEY must be the one to mail it. So I made up some excuse to get out of paying more money than I have to (If I pay for them to mail it, I have to save up to mail the rest of the documents which would mean I would spend twice the money I needed to). Long story short, I paid for their services to fill up the form and the stamp. But they said they might not provide their official envelope they usually use to send these types of documents. I just thought that NMC probably didnt need that envelope and just said it was OK. However a friend of mine said that the envelope was needed to verify that it was PRC that filled up my form. So I ask you guys, is the PRC envelope really required? Any advice would be most appreciated...

wait how many documents are there? I thought the documents you had to send were 2 references, a certificate of good health and the form that had to be filled up by the nursing regulating body?

Quick question guys, and I know this is pretty stupid, but the transcript of training required by the nMC is the same thing as the transcript of records right? TOR and RLE combined?

thank you for moving it to the appropriate forum. I have checked some nmc threads and unfortunately I havent found a solution to my problem yet. This is my situation: I was employed in a hospital for 4 years, starting 2010. We were all reshuffled to other parts of the hospital around the end of 2011, so in turn we had different nursing supervisors after that. Since the NMC requires the dates provided by the referee match my employment dates, Im confused as to how to approach the employment reference part of my application because of it, since my supervisors changed almost midway through my employment. Any advice would be most appreciated...!

One last thing though, you mentioned that a nurse supervisor should fill up one of the reference forms, but since the dates I was under her doesnt coincide with my employment dates, in your opinion is that still ok as long as my chief nurse's date coincide with mine?
